At ZazzMode, we’re all about serving looks, laughs, and quality — but sometimes things don’t go quite as planned. If there’s a problem with your order, we’ve got your back.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Buyer’s remorse
- Change of heart
Please double-check your size and order details before checking out — we want you to love it the first time!
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, don’t worry — we’ll make it right.
Email us at support@zazzmode.com within 30 days of delivery and include:
- A clear photo of the issue
- Your order number
We’ll send a free replacement as quickly as possible. If you’d prefer a refund instead, just let us know — we’re happy to make it right.
Return Method
All approved returns must be sent back by mail to the address we provide via email. Return shipping is free — no restocking fees apply.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds (when approved) will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please allow extra time during holidays or high-demand periods.
If your package appears lost, delayed, or stuck in transit, let us know and we’ll do everything we can to help track it down.
